Ownership and Gatekeepers
Process Enforcement: Phases and sign-offs keep teams on track and accountable.
Add your company's workflow to any product, requirement or issue in three easy steps:
1. Select the item in the Tree and go to the Overview/Phases card.
2. Add or edit the phases for that item.
3. Add or edit sign-offs for each phase.
Once you've mapped your company's workflow to your Truereq Workspace, a series of automatic notifications will be sent to owners and gatekeepers about upcoming sign-offs. Using Truereq, you can tell at a glance what phase change milestones are upcoming, and focus in on pinch-points for total control of your product development process.
