Quotes & Statistics

'Itís the product that counts. I donít want companies to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to better track me down, and I donít care what Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system they use to close their books. I, the customer, want them to keep working on the product itself. The money they make is a direct result of how well they do this, and only this, job.'

- Kevin O'Marah, Vice President, AMR Research
