Custom Field Improvements Custom
fields have been moved from a separate tab page in the
Detail View to the Overview tab. Administrators can now
delete custom fields in Workspace Preferences.
Edit Status Controls You
can now publish changes for an item you are editing without
clicking off of it, by clicking on the Enter edit icon in the
upper righthand part of the screen. You can also cancel changes
by clicking on the Cancel edit icon in the upper righthand
part of the screen.
Item fields added Added default
fields for all objects - Priority, Source, Duration, Duration
Units, and Revenue.
List View improvements When
you make a change to column visibility or position in List
View, the next time you come back it will remember your previous
settings.
Permissions Administrative
users can now modify overall permissions for users or groups
for access and editing of various TRUEreq features. Owners
of items can set permissions for the items they own or create
in the tree, by group or by user.
Security Improvements TRUEreq
now provides better
security for local passwords and for web URLs for Surveys and
WebForms.
Windows Installer Improved The
installer for Windows has a simplified installation process,
and improves the reliability of the client.
Workspace Loading Optimization Loading
workspaces is significantly quicker.

Change Control Owners of items can lock them at any point in the product
process. Further changes have to go through a formal Change Request process.
Customizeable Item Names Ability to
rename the Product and Requirement items in the tree to match your
business processes.
List View Items in the Tree can now be managed in a spreadsheet-like
view as a list.
