Working with Multiple Workspaces
It is possible to have multiple Workspaces with Truereq. They will be independent product development systems, and do not share any information. This feature is useful for companies with distinct development groups who want to maintain their own Workspace, and who do not need to share information. If you are not setting up Multiple Workspaces at this time, skip this section.
Creating a second Workspace
Note: Your total number of Named Users includes Administrative and Normal users in all of your Workspaces.
- Sign in again on the Truereq Registration page, using a different Company name. The second Workspace will be named after the new Company name.
- Complete the remainder of the sign-up process. When you click I Accept, your second Workspace will be created.
- Start Truereq, and when prompted for login information, use the new Workspace, username and password.
Switching Workspaces
- If you are currently logged into a Workspace other than the one you want to view, choose Switch Workspace/User from the File menu, and a new login dialog will appear.
- Enter the new Workspace information into the login dialog.
- Click OK. You will be logged in to the new Workspace.
